Inquiry privacy
Last updated September 9, 2026.
What you share
The inquiry form collects your name and email, along with any session type, preferred date, message, and public photo series you choose to include. Alan uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible session.
How it is handled
Inquiry details are stored privately. An email notification can be sent to Alan through Resend; no automatic marketing subscription or customer email is created by this form. The site has no public inquiry list or customer account pages.
Operational records distinguish receipt of an inquiry from notification status. Request IDs support safe retries. Short-lived request counters help limit abuse; customer details are not included in application analytics or ordinary application logs.
Browser storage
The selected public photo series ID is kept in session storage so it can stay with you during a visit. Removing the reference clears that selection. Form text is kept in page memory while you complete or retry a submission, and is not saved as a browser draft.
Retention and contact
Resolved inquiry records are eligible for manual removal after 90 days. Records awaiting notification or review remain until handled. Email correspondence is managed separately. To ask about access to or removal of your inquiry, contact Alan by email.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a photography session.
